Hi, I’m Hayley.
I’m a mum of two, and I work with women who’ve returned to leadership roles after having a baby and found that the transition felt heavier and more destabilising than they expected.
I know what it’s like to hold responsibility at work while life has fundamentally changed at home. To be capable and functioning, yet constantly stretched. To carry the mental load of leadership alongside motherhood, and to feel the quiet pressure to prove you’re still credible, dependable, and ambitious.
What I’ve learned, through lived experience and my work with many women in this position, is that this isn’t a loss of confidence or resilience. It’s what happens when you return to a demanding role without support to recalibrate how you lead in a very different season of life.
That’s where my work sits.
My approach isn’t therapy, wellbeing coaching, or productivity fixes. It’s focused, practical support that helps women steady their thinking, trust their judgement again, and lead with clarity and authority - without burning out or shrinking themselves.
Alongside lived experience, I’m a certified life coach with specialist training in pre- and post-natal support.
